Jessica Young

Jessica is the Sr. Associate Director of Transfer Advising within the University Transfer Center. She is a North Carolina native from Union County, and obtained her B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, followed by her Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University. Leading up to her role at UNC Charlotte, Jessica has spent her career with the North Carolina Community College system where she developed her passion for helping students and academic advising.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys being outdoors, reading (fiction), and playing with her two young children.
